Tribute to Mrs. Saramma One of the first believers of Hoskote Mission
Abrahamappa and Saramma were the first believers of the Hoskote Mar Thoma Mission Field. They both were from Gonakanahally village,10km away from Hoskote Town. The Hoskote Mar Thoma Mission field was established in June 1947 near Bangalore City in Karnataka. This couple were the first who willingly came forward and accepted Christ. They took up the names Abraham and Sarah (earlier known as Narashimaham appa and Pilla amma). They were baptized on 9th December, 1956.

Demise of Toby Yohannan (Nyack, New York)
Toby Yohannan was born in Nyack, New York on February 14, 1988 to Rev. Philip Yohannan and Mrs. Susamma Yohannan. Toby was the elder brother of Timmy.
He graduated from Nyack High School in 2006 and from the Universal Technical Institute in Houston, Texas in 2007 specializing in collision repair technology. He successfully completed the Mercedes Benz Elite Training Program in 2008 and worked for Norris Cadillac in Nanuet, NY. Toby was an active youth member of St. James Mar Thoma Church in Hillburn, NY and played varsity football for Nyack High School.
